         Dear Friends!

          Public Society for the Protection of Animals "Ratavanne" ("Rescue") is a city organization, based in Minsk, Belarus. So far they have rehomed about 5000 cats and dogs. But still there are a lot of stray animals that need help. At present municipal animal collecting service catches about 12000 cats and dogs yearly. There is no place to keep them even for 5 days, as local regulations require. Animals are killed the same day in the van, which travels around the city. This has to be changed, and we need your help to improve the situation. Please don't stay indifferent. Visit the site for more information if you want to help.
